Being the business partner of Emerson in Bangladesh, IEL is always committed to providing innovative solutions, be it through state-of-the-art products, or training programs. IEL’s high level trainings, or Executive Education (General Management & Industrial Training), is designed to enhance the professional skills of the Human Resources of Corporate Sector in Bangladesh. We train company personnel and improve their current workforce skills and help them adapt to new technology and products. Our courses are offered at our training centres or, when required, at our customers’ facilities. The facilitators are industry experts and globally recognized trainers who ensure that international standards are always maintained.

PAST EVENTS
Over the years, IEL has amassed a number of success stories, each more exceptional than the last. Product trainings are our speciality, given our partnership with Emerson, but we also cater to a number of general training demands of our customers, by dint of our association with internationally acclaimed trainers and industry professionals. IEL’s Annual Corporate Meeting was held with even greater fanfare this year, with the IEL family welcoming the New Fiscal Year 2021, commemorating our new and former team members, and paying tribute to outstanding performers from the last year.

After the massive outpouring of positive feedback from our previous trainings, we organized another session on “Certificate in Best Maintenance Practices” at two separate venues in 2018. This series of 2-day events took place from the 18 th to the 19 th of November 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dhaka, and on the 20th and 22 nd of November at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chattogram.
Ben Stevens once again presided over the course, and just as in his previous trainings, the attendees were spellbound as they watched him masterfully combine Reliability and Physical Asset Management with Finance and Economics. The attendees gained a solid understanding of how Best Practices can be used as an active program to introduce continuous maintenance improvement.
PARTICIPATING COMPANIES
Our “Certificate in Maintenance Practices” was a 3-day training program held at the Six Seasons Hotel, Dhaka from the 5 th to the 7 th of November 2017.
The program was facilitated by Ben Stevens from Canada, a renowned expert in the field of Physical Asset Management Training, with about 30 years of experience in the industry. Under his expert guidance, the attendees built a solid, yet advanced, process for delivering practical Planning and Scheduling as part of the daily maintenance activities.
PARTICIPATING COMPANIES
Taking place from the 6 th to the 11 th of November 2016, our “Control Valve Engineering School” was our first grand success held at the Six Seasons Hotel, Dhaka.
This 5-day training was a globally recognized program conducted by Emerson’s certified international engineers providing its attendees with certificates upon gaining an in-depth understanding of control valves design and applications, in addition to actuators, positioners, etc.
